Payment Policy

-Deposit and payment 

-You will be charged a payment of  50% of the total rental after reservation,  and the remaining amount in the 60 days before arrival.  

-Payment is required within 48 hours of booking to avoid the reservation being cancelled. A valid Visa, MasterCard, or American Express is required to hold your online reservation.

​-A damage and security deposit will be collected upon arrival of $300 USD per room. The deposit is refundable after check out.

Piñata PV Cancellation Policy:

-Canceled stays 60 days prior are fully refundable but forfeit 21% of the total of the Stay Payment, taxes, and transaction fees.
- Canceled stays 60 or less days prior to arrival forfeit 100% of the Stay Payment.
- Cancellations fees will be deducted from the monies paid and refunds the same payment method.

How to Cancel

-You can use the form in our website under Contact and send us your cancellation notice.  

Piñata Rental Policy

-Check In is at 3pm, Check Out is at 12 Noon.

- Piñata PV is a Non Smoking Property. No E Cigarette or Vaping or Smokeless Devices. 

- A $250 USD fee will be applied towards violation of No Smoking Policy.

 -No guests or persons under 18 years of age allowed on the property.

- All rooms are double occupancy. 

- All guests must be registered prior to staying.

- No more than two visitors per room without approval.

​- No parties or events without approval.

- No moving or rearranging rooms, i.e. Router, Furniture, etc.

- No room is reserved until  a Deposit is Received.
- The Security Deposit is refundable if no damages/policy violation​.

- No drugs, must obey Mexican Laws, respect other guests & guests rules.

- Piañata PV is an all Male property.
